Therapeutic And Rehabilitation Services

The Department of Therapeutic and Rehabilitative Services is one of the important departments in the Behavioral Health Support Center, as the treatment team consists of psychiatrists, psychologists, social workers, occupational therapists (OT), nurses, and self-support counselors (faith support).

The basic principles of the work of the therapeutic team are:

1. Respect privacy and confidentiality of cases.

2. Follow the comprehensive and integrated treatment plan.

3. Adopting evidence-based treatments for psychological and behavioral disorders.

In its work, the administration relies on the medical-psychological-social-faith dimension, as the administration receives cases suffering from behavioral disorders.

The administration receives cases referred by itself or from external parties for those over the age of eighteen, or children under the age of eighteen referred by the family.

The administration works through outpatient clinics in the morning from 7:00 am to 2:00 pm and in the evening when needed.

The work of the therapeutic team is based on the following steps:

1. Receiving the case and taking the full story.

2. Conduct appropriate consultations and tests.

3. Establish the main and appropriate diagnosis and alternative diagnosis.

4. Develop a treatment plan in cooperation with the case or her family in the case of a child.

5. Implementing the treatment plan and following it up.

6. Work to rehabilitate the case and reintegrate it into society.

The work of the Therapeutic and Rehabilitation Services Department provides the following services:

1. Social services.

2. Behavioral health services.
